Copperside Athletics Kinesio Recovery Tape

This is an active pain reliever or brace. It is a tape that works.  It does the job. I love wearing this tape.  It helps a lot to reduce the pain. especially i use around my legs.  I use it every time i go do my work out. I love to run. It is very easy to use and simple to apply. It works great. It stays after showering. I recommend the Copperside Athletics. I have knee issues for the last year but when i  got this i am able to do my work out and run.
