This is one of the best zester ever. It is stainless steel. It comes with plastic cover and the handle nonslip. It is prefect to use for not only lemon but also cheese chocolate and ginger. It is very easy to use and simple. I love it because it has mulitpurpose use. It does various job. It is good size. Also it is very sharp. So gotta be careful with it. It works very well with cheese as well. Be careful with reverse side edges they are very sharp. So gotta be careful removing the zest. It would have been nice if it came with brush to remove the zest. However it does do the job. I also use this for cinnamon stick. This zester is 13th inches long. And the handle is 5 inches. This will give you a touch up. Fyi I got this product either for free for exchange unbiased review.
